This Privacy Policy is designed to clearly explain how ChibiFun protects user personal data and privacy during all service processes. ChibiFun is a lightweight creative application that enables users to convert personal portraits into stylish Korean campus uniform static photos and 360-degree rotating dynamic videos. The core design concept of our application is privacy priority and local processing, aiming to provide users with safe, convenient and worry-free creative production services. Users can open and use all functions of the application directly without registering any personal account, binding any personal information or completing any identity verification procedures.
ChibiFun implements zero facial data collection rules in all service links. The application has no built-in facial recognition, facial extraction, facial analysis or facial data recording functions. It will not actively capture, identify, store, backup or upload any user facial information including facial contours, facial features, skin texture, facial expressions and other biometric data. No facial data of users will be cached, reserved or recorded by the application system in any usage scenario, and all portrait processing operations will never generate any collectible facial data records.
ChibiFun fully supports account-free use for all users. There is no mandatory registration, login, real-name authentication or personal information binding mechanism in the application. All core creative functions including image conversion and video generation can be used immediately after opening the application. Users do not need to provide any personal identity information to obtain complete service experience, and there is no user identity file matching mechanism in the application background.
The account-free operating mechanism completely cuts off the possibility of facial data collection and binding. Since we do not create any user identity archives for users, there is no channel to associate, store and collect user facial information. The application will not bind any facial biometric information to user usage behaviors, will not record facial data corresponding to user operation tracks, and will not reserve any facial information records for any anonymous user. Zero account registration means zero facial data collection and zero facial data storage.
All operation behaviors and data processing procedures of ChibiFun are 100% completed locally on the user’s exclusive mobile device. Whether it is uploading local portraits, shooting new portraits, triggering AI uniform style conversion, generating 360-degree rotating videos, previewing works or saving finished files, all data calculation, model rendering and file generation are completed inside the user’s device. The application has no automatic data upload function, no remote server data synchronization channel, and no off-device data storage space. There is no external facial database or user portrait profile system built for this application.
All facial information contained in user portraits only exists in the temporary local running memory of the user’s device during creation and will not be collected by the application in any way. The application’s AI model only optimizes and replaces the clothing and background elements of the portrait, and does not perform any identification, extraction, analysis and recording operations on the user’s facial area. The system will not copy, cache or retain facial data separately during processing, and all facial related content will not be transmitted to any external server or remote platform, realizing absolute zero collection of user facial information.
Users can freely select existing portrait photos from the local device album or take new front-facing portraits through the device camera to carry out creative production. All uploaded and newly shot portrait materials are only stored in the user’s private local device space, and are only used for the one-time AI style conversion of the current creation. The application will not automatically save, backup or synchronize user original portraits, and will not retain user original portrait files after the creation task is completed.
We strictly do not collect any facial information from user uploaded and captured portraits. The application does not have any facial feature extraction program, cannot identify unique facial biometric information of users, and will not classify, count or store user facial data according to portrait content. Even if the uploaded portrait contains clear facial features, expressions and skin characteristics, the system will not capture and record these contents. All facial information in the original portrait is completely independent and private to the user, and the application has no right and ability to collect and obtain it.
ChibiFun provides two core creative functions: Image to Image and Image to Video. The Image to Image function converts user portraits into high-definition Korean campus uniform static photos by replacing outfit styles while retaining the original face, expression and skin tone. The Image to Video function generates natural 360-degree smooth rotating short videos, with the uniform style changing dynamically while completely retaining the user’s original facial state. Both functions only focus on picture style optimization and frame synthesis, without any additional data collection behavior.
During the operation of both creative functions, the application always maintains zero collection of user facial information. The AI model only modifies the non-facial areas such as clothing and background in the picture, and does not scan, analyze or record any facial details. The retention of the original facial features is only for the presentation of creative effects, not for the collection and storage of facial data. The system will not generate any facial data files, facial feature templates or facial comparison databases based on user creation content, and will not collect any facial biometric information for product iteration or other purposes.
All static pictures and dynamic videos successfully generated by users will be automatically stored in the exclusive local "My Works" library of the application. The library supports users to view all works, filter picture works or video works separately, preview details, zoom in on pictures, play videos, save to local album, share to third-party applications and delete unwanted works. All work files are only stored locally on the user’s device, without any cloud synchronization or remote backup function. After the user actively deletes any work, all corresponding file data and cache information will be completely cleared from the application and device, and cannot be recovered.
The application does not collect any facial information contained in the user’s generated works. My Works library only provides local storage and viewing management functions, and does not perform any data collection and statistical analysis on the facial content in the works. We will not extract, archive or sort facial information from the user’s finished creative works, nor will we collect facial data to form user portrait labels. All facial information in the works is completely controlled by the user independently, and the application never actively acquires or retains any facial related data.
ChibiFun does not cooperate with any third-party data service providers, advertising platforms or information sharing institutions. The application has no built-in third-party data sharing interfaces, data transmission channels and data authorization functions. We will not provide any user-related data to third parties in any form including free provision, paid transaction and authorized sharing. There is no data docking behavior with external platforms throughout the whole service process.
Since our application has always adhered to the zero facial data collection standard, we do not have any user facial information resources that can be shared with third parties. We will not actively or passively transmit, disclose or authorize third parties to obtain any user facial information. No user facial data will be leaked, traded or shared through this application, and third-party organizations and individuals have no way to access, query and collect user facial information generated in the use of the application.
Users have full and independent control rights over all original portraits, generated works and all private data generated during the use of the application. Users can independently decide to save creative works to the device album, share works with friends and other platforms, or delete invalid works at any time. All operation behaviors are completely autonomous by users, and the application will not interfere with or record users’ private data management behaviors.
In all user data management links, the application always maintains zero collection of facial information. When users save and share works containing facial content, the whole process is independent user behavior, and the application will not intercept, copy and collect facial information in the process. When users delete works, all facial information contained in the corresponding files will be completely cleared along with the data, and the application cannot recover, backup or collect the deleted facial information again. Users’ facial privacy is completely under their own absolute control.
ChibiFun has no age restriction settings for users. All users can freely download, install and use all creative functions of the application according to their personal preferences. The application will not verify, limit or screen user usage qualifications based on age factors, and all users can enjoy consistent and complete service experience. Meanwhile, the application adopts a minimalist operation design without hidden menus, background automatic operation and implicit data collection behaviors.
Regardless of the user's usage scenario, usage frequency and usage equipment, the application will never collect any user facial information. There is no background hidden facial data collection program in the application, no automatic facial information caching mechanism, and no silent data uploading function. All facial information processing is limited to the real-time effect rendering of the current creation, and no facial data will be reserved after the creation is completed, realizing comprehensive and full-cycle protection of user facial privacy.
