Subscription Agreement
This Subscription Agreement governs all terms and rules related to premium subscription services provided by the ChibiFun application. This agreement applies to all users who choose to activate, use, renew or cancel the app’s premium subscription privileges. ChibiFun provides optional premium subscription services to help users unlock enhanced creative experience and exclusive functional rights. All subscription services are based on local device operation mechanisms and will not change the core privacy protection rules of the application. All basic service rules stated in the ChibiFun Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are equally applicable to subscribed users.
ChibiFun’s subscription service mechanism does not involve any collection, storage, upload or sharing of user facial information. Activating, using or managing subscription privileges will not trigger any facial data identification, recording or caching behavior. No facial biometric information, facial feature data or portrait related content will be acquired by the application in the process of subscribing to premium services, and all user facial privacy remains completely protected on the local device.
ChibiFun’s premium subscription service supports full account-free activation and use. Users do not need to register an app account, bind personal identity information or log in to enjoy subscribed premium privileges. The activation of subscription services is only associated with your current device usage environment, without any binding of user personal information. There is no personalized user data archive for subscription rights, and all subscription authorization records only take effect locally on your device.
The account-free subscription mode completely isolates the connection between subscription authorization and facial information collection. Since no user identity file is generated during subscription activation, the application cannot associate any facial data with your subscription qualifications. The system will not record, bind or store your facial information for subscription verification, privilege recognition and service authentication, realizing zero facial data collection in the whole subscription service link.
ChibiFun premium subscription users can obtain exclusive enhanced functional rights based on the basic free creative functions. The subscription service content is limited to the optimization and upgrading of application creative functions, including but not limited to enhanced generation efficiency of campus uniform portrait images and videos, exclusive creative effect resources, unlimited generation times, high-definition output privileges and other functional experience upgrades. All subscribed premium functions still follow the local processing mechanism of the application, and all creative generation behaviors are completed on the user’s local device.
All premium creative functions opened by subscription still maintain the core rule of zero facial information collection. Whether using basic free functions or exclusive subscribed functions, the AI model only optimizes and replaces portrait clothing styles and background effects. It will not scan, analyze, extract or record any user facial features, expressions and skin texture information. The upgrading of functional experience will not add any facial data collection and identification modules, and user facial information will never be collected by the application.
Users can independently choose to purchase weekly, monthly, annual or other optional subscription cycles according to personal usage needs. All subscription payment behaviors are completed through the official payment channel of the mobile device system. ChibiFun does not collect any payment information, billing data and transaction records. Subscription authorization is only used to verify the user’s local device service qualifications, to ensure that premium functions can be normally activated and used, without any additional data collection behavior.
In the whole process of subscription payment, authorization verification and privilege activation, the application never collects any user facial information. The subscription qualification verification mechanism only targets device service permissions and has no association with user portrait content and facial biometric data. The system will not read, identify or cache local portrait files and facial information during privilege verification, and all facial privacy content is completely independent of subscription authorization services.
All creative works generated by subscribed users using premium functions, including high-definition static campus uniform portraits and exclusive effect 360-degree rotating videos, are all stored in the local My Works library of the user’s device. All generation data and work files only exist in the user’s private local storage space, without cloud synchronization, remote backup and automatic upload functions. Users can independently save, share and delete premium creative works, and all data management rights belong to the user entirely.
The application does not collect any facial information contained in the premium works generated by subscribed users. For all high-definition portraits and videos generated through subscription privileges, the system only provides local storage and function authorization services, and does not extract, archive or analyze any facial information in the works. No facial data will be counted and reserved based on the user’s subscribed creative content, and all facial information is always only retained on the user’s local device.
Users have full independent control over subscription services. You can independently check the current subscription validity period, apply for automatic renewal cancellation, or manually renew the subscription before the expiration of the subscription cycle. After the subscription expires or the automatic renewal is successfully cancelled, the premium functional privileges will be automatically invalidated, and users can continue to use all basic free creative functions of the application normally. The operation of renewal and cancellation will not affect the user’s local data and creative works.
All subscription renewal and cancellation operations will not trigger any form of facial information collection. The system only updates the local subscription privilege status and will not read, record or collect any user facial data during status adjustment. Whether the subscription is valid, expired or cancelled, the application always maintains zero collection of user facial information, and will not change the facial privacy protection standard due to subscription status changes.
ChibiFun will not disclose, share or transmit any user subscription information and usage data to any third-party institutions, platforms and individuals. The activation and use of subscription services are completely independent of third-party data channels. There is no third-party data docking and information sharing mechanism in the subscription service system, and user service rights and related operation records are only stored locally on the device.
We strictly prohibit any third party from obtaining user facial information through subscription service channels. Since our platform does not collect any user facial information in subscription services and basic services, there is no facial data that can be shared or leaked. No third party can access, query and obtain your facial information and portrait content through your subscription behavior.
ChibiFun’s subscription services have no age restriction rules. All users who use this application can independently choose to purchase and use premium subscription services according to their personal needs. We provide equal subscription service rights and exclusive functional experience to all users, without any subscription threshold and function restriction based on age factors.
For all users who subscribe to premium services without age restrictions, we always implement strict zero facial information collection specifications. No matter which user activates the subscription service, the application will not collect, store or analyze any facial biometric information, fully protecting the facial privacy security of all subscribed users.
We reserve the right to optimize and update this Subscription Agreement according to service iteration and product upgrade needs. The updated agreement content will be displayed in the application interface and take effect automatically. Users’ continued use of subscription premium services after the agreement update means recognition and acceptance of the latest agreement terms.
Any update of the Subscription Agreement will not weaken or change our core commitment of not collecting user facial information. All updated subscription service rules will always adhere to the local processing privacy mechanism, and will never add any facial information collection, identification and storage functions to subscription services.
