User Agreement
These User Agreement apply to your access to and use of the ChibiFun mobile application, including all core functions, creative tools, and local service features provided within the app. ChibiFun offers users convenient AI creative services, including converting personal portraits into campus uniform-style static images and 360-degree rotating dynamic videos. By opening and using our application, you acknowledge and agree to follow the usage rules and service specifications stated in these terms.
ChibiFun does not collect, store, upload, or share any of your facial information during your entire use of the service. All facial details and biometric features contained in your uploaded portraits and generated works remain only on your local device. The app has no facial recognition, facial data extraction, or facial information recording functions, and no facial data will be obtained or reserved by our system under any usage conditions.
ChibiFun is designed as a fully account-free application. You are not required to complete registration, create a user account, bind email addresses, phone numbers, or any personal identity information to use all functions of the app. All creative tools, local preview, saving, and deletion functions are available to all users directly after launching the application. There is no user identity system, no user profile archive, and no personalized data binding mechanism in the app.
Without any account registration and identity binding procedures, the app completely avoids any scenario of associating, recording, and collecting your facial information. No facial data will be linked to any user identity label, and the system cannot generate any facial information records corresponding to your usage behavior. The zero-account mode ensures zero collection and zero storage of your facial information throughout the service process.
ChibiFun provides two exclusive creative core functions for all users. The Image to Image function supports users to upload personal portraits and generate high-quality campus uniform-style static photos through AI intelligent rendering, which completely retains the user’s original face, facial expression, and skin tone while only replacing the clothing style. The Image to Video function can convert qualified portraits into smooth 360-degree rotation short videos, realizing dynamic uniform style switching while keeping the original facial features unchanged.
In the operation process of all core creative functions, the app only performs style optimization and picture rendering on non-facial areas such as clothing and backgrounds. It will not scan, analyze, identify, or collect any facial information of users. The retention of facial features is only for restoring personal portrait effects and providing accurate creative results, rather than collecting or storing facial biometric data. No facial information will be cached or uploaded during function operation.
All data processing and content generation of ChibiFun are completed locally on your personal mobile device. All original portraits you upload or capture, preview files during creation, and final generated static images and video clips are only stored in your device’s local storage space. The built-in My Works library exclusively saves your creative results locally, supporting independent preview, local album saving, social sharing, and one-click deletion operations.
The app does not collect any facial information contained in your local portraits and generated works. All facial content only exists in your private device space and will not be transmitted to any external server, cloud platform, or third-party system. After you actively delete any work in the app, all related files, cache data, and contained facial information will be completely and permanently cleared, and no residual facial data will be retained by the app in any form.
When using ChibiFun’s creative services, users need to abide by basic usage specifications. You confirm that all portraits you upload and create are your own personal portraits or authorized portraits that you have the right to use. You shall not use this app to create, produce or spread any illegal, inappropriate, insulting, violent, or infringing content. You shall not use the app’s AI creative functions for commercial profit, illegal activities, or any behavior that violates public order and good customs.
In the process of complying with usage obligations, your facial information is always fully protected by the local processing mechanism. Even during normal user operation and content creation, the app will not actively collect, record or store your facial information. All facial privacy rights belong exclusively to you, and no facial data will be acquired by the app due to your daily use of the service.
ChibiFun does not embed third-party data collection components, third-party tracking tools, or external data sharing channels. When you choose to share your generated works to third-party social platforms, the sharing behavior is completely independently operated by you. ChibiFun will not synchronize or transmit any of your personal data to third parties, nor will it obtain any information from third-party platforms.
The app never shares, sells, or transmits any user facial information to any third-party individuals, institutions, or platforms. Since we do not collect any facial data in the first place, there is no risk of facial information leakage or third-party access. All your facial content is limited to your local device and will never flow to external channels through the app.
ChibiFun reserves the right to optimize, upgrade and adjust product functions, interface design, and creative effects according to product iteration and user experience optimization needs. We may update these User Agreement irregularly. The updated terms will take effect directly after being displayed in the app. Your continued use of the app after the update means your recognition and acceptance of the latest terms.
Any product function iteration and rule adjustment will not change our core privacy policy of not collecting user facial information. No updated function will add facial information collection, identification or storage functions. We will always maintain zero collection of user facial information in all subsequent service updates and version iterations.
ChibiFun does not set any age restrictions for users. All users can freely download, install and use all creative functions and local service functions of the app regardless of age. We provide equal and complete service experience for every user, without any function limitation, access restriction or usage threshold based on age factors.
For all users of all age groups, we consistently implement strict zero facial information collection standards. No matter who uses the app and under any usage scenarios, the system will not collect, record or store any user facial biometric information, fully protecting every user’s facial privacy security.
